On April 14, 2010, the ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE related to the modification of the Primary Reformer of Ammonia plant II at Yuzhnyj site of OPZ was signed between ODESSA PORT PLANT and CEAMAG.

After adjustment of operation parameters, final performance tests were achieved and guaranteed figures accepted.

ODESSA PORT PLANT (OPZ) ACCEPTANCE SIGNED

On April 14, 2010, the ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE related to the modification of the Primary Reformer of Ammonia plant II at Yuzhnyj site of OPZ was signed between ODESSA PORT PLANT and CEAMAG.

After adjustment of operation parameters, final performance tests were achieved and guaranteed figures accepted.

The results showed a slight difference between measured temperature at stack and guaranteed value due to unexpected operating conditions. After analysis by CEAMAG Experts, simple technical solution is proposed. Nevertheless, the overall efficiency of the revamping project has been achieved in agreement with the initial expected goals.

The duties of CEAMAG under the contract signed between the two Partners covered the design, the Basic and Detail Engineering studies, the delivery of equipment and materials, the erection works, the supervision of Precommissioning and Commissioning.

Supply of main equipment and erection works were subcontracted by CEAMAG to its partner FLM.
